Please Note: By making a purchase from Mizu Candy, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund, including original shipping charges, or send a replacement at our expense.

For subscription products, the first box follows our standard return policy. Subsequent subscription shipments must be canceled before they are processed and shipped to avoid charges.
Important: Returns without a valid RMA number may be rejected or experience processing delays. Please do not return products without contacting us first.

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
Returns for items received as gifts will be issued as store credit to the recipient if no gift receipt is provided.

You may request to cancel an order by contacting our customer service team at info@jpwave.top within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed for shipping.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.
We understand that special circumstances may arise. In case of exceptional situations not covered by this policy, please contact our customer service team, and we will address your concern on a case-by-case basis.
Mizu Candy stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the performance of our product when used as directed, please contact us within 60 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
This guarantee is limited to the product's intended purpose and does not cover misuse, improper storage, or damage caused by factors outside of normal usage conditions.
